According to the information, the entrepreneurial director of Runner Automobiles. Ali Din has 25 lakh 20 thousand shares of the related company. He has announced to sell 1 lakh 20 thousand shares out of this.
He will complete the sale of the discussed shares in the public and block market of DSE by April 30.
It may be noted that, 41.23 percent of the total shares of Runner Automobiles PLC, listed in the capital market in 2019, are held by entrepreneurial directors.
